Job summary

LVI Associates in the Greater Boston Area seeks a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive with electrical construction experience to lead complex projects across MA and New England. You will oversee multiple project teams, manage client relationships, and drive profitability through disciplined forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.

• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and complex electrical construction projects.
• Strong leadership presence and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead Project Managers, Assistants, Superintendents, and field teams to meet objectives.
• Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Maintain relationships with owners, developers, GCs, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Support project pursuits, preconstruction activities, and contract reviews.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving schedule, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, procurement, and field leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop emerging project management personnel.
