Job summary

George McKenna Electrical Contractors seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction from planning through completion. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and field staff to deliver on time and within budget.

The role demands 10–15 years in the field, strong leadership, and a proven track record. You will ensure safety compliance and contribute to growth initiatives while traveling to local and out-of-town

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in electrical construction project management.
• Experience overseeing commercial/industrial projects valued $1M–$10M.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with NFPA 70/70E/72 and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Review drawings and provide layout/design support.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
