Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction initiatives with a strong emphasis on industrial infrastructure and public works. This role demands managing complex projects, coordinating with public owners and agencies, and ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience in electrical construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, with significant Project Management experience.
• Strong electrical construction background.
• Experience with industrial construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with public works or public-sector construction is highly important.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal operations teams.
• Work directly with public owners and agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and manage project specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other contract requirements.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Support project teams in maintaining quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers and other project team members.
