Job summary

ArchKey Solutions, a leading electrical construction provider, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects from Fargo, ND. You will ensure projects align with design, code, and schedule while managing teams, budgets, and client relations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years PM experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of electrical systems, contracts, and safety standards. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil eng, PM, construction mgmt, or related field.
• 3–5 years PM experience; strong knowledge of project lifecycle.
• Experience with construction software and estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort per design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Approve project staff selections and manage wages and staffing levels.
• Guide planning, scheduling and engineering functions; assist in estimating and bid proposals.
