Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for electrical construction, based in Fargo, ND. Lead large $20M+ projects across multiple sectors, providing strategic direction, technical oversight and profit-and-loss accountability.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive estimates and bids, ensure NEC and safety compliance, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Relocation to jobsite may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or IBEW training or equivalent.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code.
• Temporary relocation to jobsite as required.
• Experience with Accubid a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure projects meet design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and union officials.
• Authorize and approve project staff hires and wages.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions and change orders; approve invoices.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
• Lead customer maintenance and sales activities.
• Understand labor agreements and project-specific standards.
