Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in Fargo, ND is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Construction to lead our electrical project teams. You will oversee all admin and technical directions, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and ensure compliance with NEC and company policies.

Travel to sites is required; the role offers growth opportunities within a national leader in electrical and specialty systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, or related field.
3–5 years of project management experience with PM lifecycle knowledge.
Experience with construction software: Procore, Revit, CAD, BIM tools; estimating, budgeting, scheduling.
Knowledge of electrical contracts, plans, specs; strong financial and mathematical skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with diverse teams and understand bargaining agreements.
Willingness to travel to project sites; potential relocation.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction and design effort to meet NEC, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, and union officials.
Authorize staffing decisions including superintendents and foremen.
Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
Assist in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
Review purchases, approvals, invoices, and change orders.
Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
Ensure adherence to policies and maintain project documentation.
Drive customer maintenance and sales activities.
Understand labor agreements and standards for projects.
Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.
