Qualifications

• 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience OR knowledge of construction methods.
• Project Managed training or understanding of a project lifecycle.
• Must be willing to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction and design effort to ensure project is on budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between project members.
• Assist in approval of project staffing.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in project estimates.
• Help with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests.
• Implement and interpret safety programs according to OSHA.
