Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Connecticut to lead complex electrical construction projects from contract handoff through closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, labor coordination, billing, and documentation, with a focus on healthcare and mission-critical facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electrical construction PM, strong electrical systems knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, schedules, and field operations.
• Proficiency in Excel for budgets, SOVs, costs, and billing documentation.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, field personnel, and internal financial teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from handoff to completion, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee a portfolio of 6–8 projects with values from $1M to $7M.
• Coordinate project schedules, labor, materials, and field operations across sites.
• Develop and maintain schedules of values (SOV), monitor costs, and oversee progress billing.
• Attend weekly project meetings and resolve scheduling or execution challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, financial reporting, and closeout records using Excel, Conest, and SharePoint.
