Job summary

Talently seeks an experienced electrical construction project leader to oversee complex projects from preconstruction to turnover. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional teams, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction on biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, and medical facilities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong background in commercial electrical construction, codes and practices.
• Experience guiding projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors and other partners.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and related docs.
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades and resolve conflicts, schedule risks, and resource issues.
• Manage procurement, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Support estimating and preconstruction, negotiate change orders, and lead closeout
