MGAC in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Mid to Senior Construction Project Manager- Electrical to lead critical environments projects, including data centers and hospitals. The role requires 7+ years of construction PM experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and risk management capabilities.

The position involves 4-5 days on site per week, with opportunities to mentor teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the clients vision as a trusted partner.
