Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects on a full-time basis at a jobsite in Ironton, Ohio. The role reports to the Project Executive and offers a $135,000 - $175,000 annual pay range with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure project progress and completion on time and within scope. Relocation support is available for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.
• Knowledge of construction management software.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team(s) with clear communication to team members, vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate and manage project risk and escalate issues to leadership.
• Maintain client trust through collaboration, swift communication, and problem solving.
• Oversee project finance: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings with customers; coordinate cross-departmental materials.
