Job summary

Superior is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout on a Conesville, Ohio job site. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and safety, coordinating with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure timely progress and quality delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project finances, change orders, and client communications, while mitigating risks and driving continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project operations/project management experience in commercial construction or equivalent field operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; Construction Management certificate.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M.
• Extensive knowledge in construction management software.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage all project finances, including billings, project setup, cost control, and change orders.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure progress and safety.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Review project documents including estimates, drawings, specs, and contracts.
