Job summary

Superior is seeking a Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects forward. Based on a job site in Conesville, Ohio, you will manage construction projects, schedule resources, and ensure budgets and timelines are met, reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

You will collaborate with the Superintendent and Foremen, review design drawings and contracts, supervise safety, and lead project meetings.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in project operations or project management in commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Systems Management or related field preferred; CM certs optional.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M–$50M.
• Proficient in construction management software and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk and escalate issues with solutions.
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage all project finance requirements including billings, cost control, and change orders.
• Build client trust through clear communication and collaboration.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate cross-departmental efforts.
• Ensure materials are available and project contracts are followed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.
• Negotiate changes within the contract scope as needed.
• Review estimates, drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Ensure timely completion of closeout procedures and maintain site safety.
