Job summary

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a Principal Electrical Operations Engineer to lead high-availability electrical infrastructure across hyperscale AI data centers.

This remote role requires heavy travel across the US data-center fleet, with roughly 50–75% travel, and oversight of mission-critical electrical systems. You will own site readiness, review designs for operability, author high-risk MOPs/EOPs, and coordinate across operations, design, construction, hardware, and EHS teams to scale

Qualifications

• Experience running mission-critical electrical systems in live environments.
• Authoring and executing high-risk electrical MOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the most senior technical authority for electrical infrastructure across hyperscale AI data-center fleet.
• Lead site assessments, operational audits, and readiness efforts before site activation.
• Review designs from an operational perspective and feed learnings back into design and manufacturing.
• Own electrical readiness and commissioning-to-operations handoffs for new sites.
• Author and approve high-risk MOPs, EOPs, and AOPs.
• Lead root-cause analysis for significant electrical events through resolution.
• Coordinate across operations, design, construction, hardware, and EHS teams.
