Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a local EPS office, ensure safety and NETА-compliant servicing, and drive project execution. You will supervise field technicians, manage scheduling, and optimize resource use to deliver high-quality results for clients across North America.

The role emphasizes leadership, profitability, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in utilities,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical equipment testing and inspection, including high and low voltage applications.
• B.S. in electrical Engineering or associate’s degree preferred.
• NETA Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the local office, including scheduling, field execution, and resource allocation.
• Manage daily schedule entries and updates to ensure accurate job planning and execution.
• Assign personnel or contractors with the appropriate skill sets to meet job requirements.
• Drive technician utilization, crew productivity, and efficient project execution.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with NETA standards, project specifications, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and regional leadership to ensure alignment.
