Kimley-Horn in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Project Manager to expand its MEP practice. You will lead electrical design for large-scale projects, review and develop design documents, and coordinate with architects and other engineers.

You will mentor staff, manage projects profitably, and build client relationships while guiding growth of the MEP service line. The role offers autonomy, strong bonus potential, and a path toward ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing electrical projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Firm understanding of NEC, NESC, IEEE and ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Expand our MEP team delivering services on large-scale projects.
• Lead the design and analysis of complex electrical systems for MEP projects.
• Coordinate with architects and mechanical/plumbing engineers for equipment power needs and sizing.
• Lead and mentor staff, grow and manage the MEP practice.
