Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on building electrical systems design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and coordination of electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure projects, including lighting, power distribution, emergency backup systems, and renewable energy solutions.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems into projects.
• Serve as the primary client contact, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service through all project phases.
• Provide advanced engineering analysis and design for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior engineers and design staff, upholding high technical standards.
• Identify opportunities for new projects and support proposal preparation and growth initiatives.
• Ensure designs meet building codes, electrical regulations, and client-specific requirements.
