McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a Technical Director in Electrical discipline to lead our BEI Raleigh team and drive growth in healthcare, university, municipal, and BEI markets.

The role emphasizes client relationships, project delivery, and market leadership across a nationwide footprint. Qualifications include a NC PE or reciprocity, 8+ years in BEI project delivery, and strong business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with NC PE or eligibility via reciprocity.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project delivery and client management for BEI portfolio.
• Established client relationships and proven business development success.
• Strong understanding of consulting engineering and leadership in market expansion.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record.

Responsabilités

• Maintain key client relationships and develop new business in BEI markets.
• Oversee project delivery, quality control, and resource utilization.
• Lead electrical training and mentorship across Raleigh team and national footprint.
• Lead project management and leadership for strategic projects and clients.
• Market and business development to win new work from existing and new clients.
