Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing).
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with strong electrical/automation focus.
• Experience leading technical projects or capital equipment implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through implementation, including scope, scheduling, resource planning, and execution.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and integrators throughout the project lifecycle.
