MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an Electrical Manager/Master Electrician to lead residential electrical operations, ensure NEC compliance, and drive safety and quality across projects. You will mentor electricians, manage project scopes, and coordinate schedules while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires a current Master Electrician license and extensive field experience, with opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, and competitive

Qualifications

• Current Master Electrician license required.
• 7–10 years of electrical experience with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC and local codes; strong safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential electrical operations, ensuring safe, efficient work to standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local regulations, and safety policies.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and provide expert-level diagnostics and solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule electrical projects including repairs and installations.
• Review estimates and project scopes for profitability and quality.
• Manage electrical systems: panels, breakers, lighting, outlets, switches, generators, EV chargers, surge protection.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support recruiting, training and development of the electrical team.
• Maintain project documentation, permits, and reports.
