HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning seeks a Master Electrician/Electrical Manager to lead electrical operations, overseeing service and install projects. You will manage electricians, ensure code compliance, drive safety, and deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a management role, and a valid Master Electrician License.

Qualifications

• 10+ years electrical experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Valid Master Electrician License as required by state/local regulations.
• Experience with field service management software (e.g., Service Titan or similar).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily electrical operations, including service calls and installation projects.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Perform job site inspections and quality control checks.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex electrical issues and escalations.
• Partner with sales and estimating teams on job scope, bids, and planning.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor job costs, labor productivity, and department performance.
• Enforce safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
