Job summary

The ASR Group seeks an Electrical Supervisor for the Chalmette, Louisiana refinery. You will lead the electrical team, enforce preventive maintenance, manage costs, and uphold safety standards across high-voltage systems up to 13.8 KV.

A strong background in industrial electrical work and CMMS is required. Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in electrical technology or equivalent supervisory experience and are proficient with SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or 5+ years in electrical supervision in an industrial setting.
• Must stay current with electrical codes and safety practices (RAGAGEP).
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and supervision to the electrical team.
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs for electrical and control systems.
