Job summary

ASR Group is seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the refinery's electrical systems in Arabi, LA. You will supervise electricians, ensure maintenance is performed safely and on time, and drive reliability across critical equipment up to 13.8 kV.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent industrial supervisory experience, CMMS familiarity, and strong leadership with a focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical technology or 5+ years supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Familiar with electrical codes and RAGAGEP.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP/JD Edwards/Oracle).
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and supervision to the electrical team.
• Oversee timely diagnosis and completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program for electrical and control systems.
• Review site performance measures and take corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and ensure safe labor relations and discipline.
