Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Electrical Lead to provide technical leadership for the electrical discipline on large EPC projects. You will direct and develop electrical engineering and design personnel, establish standards, manage budgets and interfaces with clients and suppliers to ensure on-time, safe delivery.

The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate Electrical Engineering degree, is a PE or P.Eng., and has 15+ years of experience with travel to sites and factories.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of related electrical engineering experience.
• PE or P.Eng. registration required.
• Domestic travel to sites; some international travel possible.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the electrical discipline on large EPC projects.
• Direct and develop assigned electrical engineering and design personnel.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards and quality expectations.
• Interface with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
