Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Significant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in industrial EPC or design-build environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and oversee technical execution.
• Strong understanding of electrical design, design standards, and applicable codes for industrial applications.
• Experience coordinating engineering activities with procurement, construction, and project management teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical engineering activities for industrial EPC projects from design through project execution.
• Provide technical direction on electrical systems, standards, specifications, and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop electrical engineering personnel and foster accountability.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines for seamless execution.
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Support planning, resource allocation, and technical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
