Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an Electrical Engineer to supervise a team of engineers and designers on industrial facility projects. You will provide technical direction, plan budgets, and oversee quality of deliverables while coordinating with related disciplines.

The role requires leading experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel to client sites for meetings and surveys. A P.E.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience required.
• In lieu of formal education, 15 years of related experience.
• P.E. license preferred.
• Experience leading teams for industrial facilities.
• Experience with project schedules and earned value tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of electrical engineers and designers.
• Provide technical direction and review project deliverables.
• Plan, budget, organize and control engineering scope and staff.
• Travel to client plants for meetings and surveys; ensure safety training where needed.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure compliance with NEC and design standards.
