Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer Infrastructure Lead to serve as a senior technical leader for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. You will guide the Infrastructure scope, drive technical improvements, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality assets.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred), and the ability to obtain SAP approval. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected as part of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with extensive experience; or Master/PhD with progressive leadership.
• Active DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret; SAP approval capability.
• 4+ years leading electrical design on MILCON, infrastructure, or aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead INF electrical design activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with program leadership to align work with Sentinel baselines.
• Balance procurement pace with design rigor and documentation requirements.
• Present technical options to program management with cost, schedule, risk data.
• Travel up to 25% to support cross-site collaboration and reviews.
