Job summary

5+ years of engineering team management experience.

Responsibilities

Make high-judgment trade-offs between competing priorities.
Drive strategic direction for the team's technical roadmap and influence partner teams.
Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by hiring talent and creating growth plans.
Identify and mitigate risks and unblock engineers and partner teams.
Collaborate with partner teams to implement and improve processes regionally and globally.
Provide clear technical strategy and communication across organizational levels.
