Kimley-Horn's Kansas City office is seeking an Electrical I&C Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our Natural Gas team in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on growing an Instrumentation and Controls practice and delivering high-quality work for power generation and natural gas projects.
You will mentor junior staff, help develop client relationships, and work with practice builders to expand our footprint across the country.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in an Electrical Engineering role.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Ability to work in a team and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Grow an Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) practice in Kansas City, MO.
- Enhance existing clients and establish new client relationships by delivering quality work.
- Partner with Practice Builders to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Support power generation and natural gas projects across Missouri and the country.
- Collaborate with marketing to expand brand recognition through conferences and meetings.
