Job summary

AECOM has a Senior Electrical and I&C Designer role to support our multi-disciplinary design team for power generation projects. You will lead Electrical and I&C CAD tasks, coordinate complex drawings, and help ensure safe, constructible facilities from feasibility through construction.

This position offers freedom to work remotely and/or from various Energy offices across the United States, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, initiative, and technical excellence in CAD and data integration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant power or industrial experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Perform as the Electrical and I&C discipline CAD lead for projects of all sizes.
• Oversee the design and preparation of electrical and I&C deliverables, ensuring safe, constructible designs.
• Coordinate drawings and integrate digital project content with team members.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to develop facility designs through all design stages.
• Prepare bills of materials and manage task budgets and schedules.
