Qualifications

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant power or industrial experience.
• Experience with Common Data Environments: ProjectWise, BIM 360, ACC.
• Physical design experience for power generation or industrial facilities.
• Adaptability and curiosity in learning new software and applications.
• Experience in integrating data sets into 3D models (laser scans, LiDAR).
• 5+ years as discipline CAD lead; strong collaboration with engineers/PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical and I&C CAD deliverables for projects of all sizes.
• Oversee design and preparation of electrical and I&C deliverables.
• Coordinate drawings and digital project content; resolve interface issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers through design stages.
• Lead discipline CAD designer, manage budgets and schedules.
• Prepare bills of materials and quantity take-offs.
• Utilize laser scans, LiDAR, vendor files for modeling.
• Contribute to business development and proposals; update standards.
• Check work of peers; participate in meetings and reviews.
