Job summary

Rex Moore is hiring for a full-time Electrical Foreman in Sacramento, CA. The role requires strong leadership to supervise crews, interpret electrical blueprints, and ensure projects meet schedules and safety standards.

Up to 50% travel and day shift are included in this position. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a current General Electrical certification, with 5–10 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General Electrical certification through the state.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate work with Project management team, GC, owner reps, crew members and other trades.
• Forecast manpower, material, tool & equipment needs to ensure proper resources are available.
• Supervise and direct a crew; meet project schedules and budgets.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, internal shop drawings and NEC requirements.
• Ensure safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
