Job summary

You will coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and inspectors to meet schedules and budgets while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current General Electrical certification through the state.
• 5–10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and coordinates work with the project management team, GC, owner reps, crew members and other trades.
• Forecasts manpower, material, tool & equipment needs well in advance to ensure tools/equipment, materials, information, and manpower are available on the project.
• Proceeds with work via written and verbal instructions, plans, drawings & specifications.
• Coordinates and manages equipment rentals and schedules inspections.
• Ensures safety and compliance with NEC and applicable codes; leads by example.
• Supervises crew, meets project schedules and budgets; mentors junior staff.
