Job summary

Loenbro Midwest is seeking a Foreman to lead electrical teams on mission-critical projects in Nebraska. This full-time onsite role involves supervising testing, installation, safety compliance, and coordination of materials and labor across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the electrical trades, 4+ years in leadership of mission-critical projects, and relevant NCCER/NFPA/OSHA certifications. Travel and schedule flexibility are required for project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the electrical trade
• 4+ years leading mission critical projects and electrical teams
• Industrial Electrical experience required
• Develop construction schedules and monitor them
• Lead or direct installation and troubleshooting processes
• Coordinate manpower needs and lead cross-functional communications
• Coordinate material orders after price comparisons
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety standards
• Strong preference for NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications

Responsibilities

• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and oversee safety
• Document actions, testing results, observations, and final diagnoses
• Determine steps to assess electrical situations and troubleshoot
• Maintain a safe work environment per guidelines and OSHA requirements
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts for commercial properties
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping of work areas
• Be able to bend conduit 1/2'' to 4''
• Utilize required tools and equipment for each task
• Travel to various project sites may be required
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
• Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines
