Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical trade with 4+ years leading projects
• Ability to develop and monitor construction schedules
• Hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting
• Strong coordination and communication across cross-functional teams
• Experience placing material orders after price comparisons
• Commitment to safety standards (OSHA, state)
• NCCER/NFPA/OSHA certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of electricians and apprentices, assigning tasks and conducting daily production reviews.
• Train new hires and apprentices, providing ongoing skill development.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines, coordinating with project managers and other trades.
• Perform daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect work in progress, identify deficiencies, and enforce corrective actions to meet standards.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and proper use of materials, tools and equipment; ensure maintenance and repair to avoid delays.
• Support business operations as needed with other duties.
