Job summary

Loenbro seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead electricians and apprentices on critical projects, plan and supervise field work, and ensure safety and quality across sites in Centennial, CO. You will manage crew performance, coordinate materials, and uphold schedule commitments.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, deep electrical trade experience, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, while maintaining rigorous safety standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical trade with at least 4 years leading mission-critical projects and electrical teams.
• Develop construction schedules and monitor/adjust as needed.
• Direct installation and troubleshooting processes.
• Coordinate manpower and lead cross-functional communications.
• Coordinate material orders after price comparisons.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards (OSHA, company).
• Strong preference for NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices, assign tasks, set expectations, ensure safe, high-quality work.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development for team members.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines, coordinate with PMs and other trades.
