Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Centennial, CO, onsite. You will lead a team of electricians and apprentices, plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines, and ensure all work complies with project specifications.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and coordination with field leadership and customers. Candidates should have 10+ years in the electrical trade and 4+ years leading mission critical projects; NCCER/NFPA/OSHA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade with at least 4 years leading mission critical projects and electrical teams.
• Develop construction schedules and continually monitor or adjust as needed.
• Ability to lead installation and troubleshoot processes and coordinate manpower.

Responsibilities

• Leading Teams: oversee electricians and apprentices, assign tasks, ensure safety and quality.
• Training and Development: train new hires and provide ongoing development.
• Work Planning and Scheduling: plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: inspect work for standards, codes, and regulations.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety policies, conduct daily safety meetings, ensure PPE usage.
• Material and Equipment Management: manage procurement, inventory, and tool usage.
