Job summary

The Foreman at Loenbro will oversee daily electrical construction activities on-site in Glenrock, WY, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project completion. You will supervise crews, coordinate with project management, and enforce codes and procedures across active jobs.

We seek a leader with 10+ years in the electrical trade and at least 4 years leading mission-critical projects. NCCER/NFPA/OSHA certifications are highly preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the electrical trade with 4+ years leading mission-critical projects.
• Ability to develop and monitor construction schedules.
• Ability to direct installation and troubleshooting processes.
• Experience coordinating manpower and cross-functional communications.
• Experience placing material orders after price comparisons.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, NCCER preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical construction activities, ensuring safety and on-time completion.
