Job summary

Saber Power Services seeks an Electrical Technical Support & Commissioning Specialist to join our Baton Rouge team. This hands-on, customer-facing role involves commissioning, troubleshooting, and post-sales support for Saber Power's manufactured products.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance or field service, experience with PLCs and controls, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the U.S. and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance or field service experience.
• Experience with PLCs, controls, and programming.
• Experience with 15kV and 480V switchgear and circuit breakers.
• Ability to travel ≈50% domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers following product installation.
• Perform on-site product commissioning.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-sales support.
• Coordinate commissioning and customer training schedules.
• Travel to customer sites to support installations, commissioning, and training.
