Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance or electrical field service.
• Experience with PLCs, controls, and programming.
• Experience with medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems.
• Experience with 15kV and 480V switchgear and circuit breakers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical contact for customers after installation and delivery.
• Perform on-site product commissioning and train customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-sales support; address warranty questions.
• Coordinate commissioning and training schedules; travel to sites as needed.
• Support sales demos and provide technical feedback to sales/service teams.
