DP Electric Inc. is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial and industrial projects in Tempe, AZ. The role reports to the Director of Field Operations and requires strong leadership to keep crews aligned with safety and schedule goals.

You will guide Superintendents and Foremen, ensuring the right resources are in place, while controlling costs and maintaining high safety standards on site.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading medium to large electrical projects.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Strong experience managing and developing field teams.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, and cost control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Support, coach, and develop field leadership teams.
• Coordinate manpower, staffing, and project resources.
• Oversee schedules, planning, and day-to-day project execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Resolve field issues and help keep projects on track.
• Work closely with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain high safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Look for ways to improve field operations and efficiency.
