Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Phoenix seeks a General Superintendent to provide executive-level field leadership across major electrical construction programs. You will oversee Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams, directing execution, workforce planning, safety performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive electrical construction experience.
• Minimum 7+ years in Superintendent or Senior Superintendent leadership roles overseeing large-scale electrical construction operations.
• Experience leading commercial, industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission critical/data center projects.
• Strong background in workforce planning, labor forecasting, productivity management, and field leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for field operations across multiple large-scale electrical projects, regions, or business units.
• Lead and direct Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
• Develop operational execution strategies, staffing initiatives, and labor forecasts to support organization growth.
• Monitor performance metrics including productivity, schedule adherence, manpower utilization, and safety/quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Safety, QA/QC, Engineering, and Owners to drive alignment and execution.
