Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on electrical construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide leadership to Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field crews while coordinating with Project Managers, Safety, QA/QC, and customers.

You will manage labor productivity, field execution, material coordination, schedule performance, and workforce planning across projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction methods and practices.
• Understanding of NEC requirements, electrical systems installation, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and maintain field productivity across active work areas.
• Knowledge of scheduling, labor forecasting, manpower loading, and production tracking.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, one-line diagrams, and construction documents.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily field operations for assigned electrical construction projects.
• Lead field workforce planning, manpower coordination, and crew assignments.
• Supervise Foremen and field personnel to ensure productivity, workmanship, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate project execution with Project Managers, General Contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and scope requirements with field teams.
• Monitor labor productivity, installed quantities, project milestones, and schedule progress.
