You will lead foremen, field staff, and coordinators, aligning manpower with project priorities while enforcing NEC compliance and reporting standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential for maintaining client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive field experience in electrical construction and supervision of multiple crews.
• Strong understanding of NEC compliance and installation practices.
• Experience as Foreman, General Foreman, or Field Superintendent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or construction management education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate field supervisors, foremen, and field staff across multiple projects.
• Implement standardized field procedures, reporting tools, and communication structures.
• Coordinate with project managers to align manpower with project priorities.
• Support foremen with issue resolution, technical questions, and resource needs.
• Promote accountability and clear performance expectations at all field levels.
