Job summary

DP Electric Inc. is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial and industrial projects in Tempe, AZ. The role reports to the Director of Field Operations and requires strong leadership to keep crews aligned with safety and schedule goals.

You will guide Superintendents and Foremen, ensuring the right resources are in place, while controlling costs and maintaining high safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading medium to large electrical projects.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Strong experience managing and developing field teams.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, and cost control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Are you an experienced electrical construction leader who knows how to keep multiple projects moving? Do you enjoy developing strong field teams, solving problems, and making sure work is completed safely and to a high standard?

DP Electric is looking for an Electrical General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects.

The Role

This is a senior field leadership position where you’ll oversee Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen while working closely with the Director of Field Operations.

You’ll help make sure the right people and resources are in place, projects stay on schedule, costs are controlled, and field teams have the support they need to perform at their best.
