Job summary

Rosendin Electric seeks a Civil-Mechanical On-Site Superintendent to lead civil and mechanical construction for substations, BESS, or large-scale solar projects. Responsibilities include coordinating crews, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across civil and mechanical scopes.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings, and experience managing subcontractors on utility-scale projects. Travel and field presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience in civil construction or infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors or self‑perform crews on large projects.
• Ability to read civil drawings, grading plans, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site civil and mechanical activities with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate subcontractors and self‑perform crews to meet schedule and budget.
• Review design documents, constructability, and sequencing for projects.
• Maintain daily logs, progress tracking, and field meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental controls and QA/QC requirements.
