Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in electrical service, power generation, or related technical operations.
• At least 3 years supervising technical service teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, switchgear, generators, and transfer switches.
• Experience managing field service budgets, labor utilization, and customer relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electrical safety standards and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical field service technicians and specialists.
• Oversee daily service operations: scheduling, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance for complex electrical systems and power equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests with safety and quality.
