Job summary
Ziegler CAT is seeking an experienced Advanced Electrical Services Supervisor to lead a team of technicians supporting customer electrical service needs across industrial, commercial, and utility environments. This role oversees electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair activities while ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Qualifications
- Associate/technical degree in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
- 5+ years electrical industry experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital service management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop a team of Advanced Electrical Services Technicians.
- Provide technical guidance for electrical systems including power distribution, breakers, relays, and transfer switches.
- Serve as primary customer contact, ensuring timely response and effective communication.
- Coordinate service operations, scheduling, resource allocation to meet expectations.
- Manage installation, upgrades, maintenance, and capital projects with safety and quality.
- Enforce OSHA, NFPA, environmental and company safety standards.
- Support workforce planning including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Monitor performance, reliability, and service quality, driving improvements.
