Responsibilities

• Interpret design drawings and specifications across disciplines.
• Lead bid reviews and estimating kickoff meetings.
• Prepare quotations for materials and subcontracts.
• Estimate labor, materials, and administrative costs for projects.
• Collaborate with BD and leadership to develop bid strategies.
• Develop and mentor estimators and staff.
