Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator for fully remote support of preconstruction and project delivery across the United States. The role emphasizes preparing estimates, bid reviews, cost analysis, and collaboration with design and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of electrical estimating experience, proficiency with Accubid, and strong leadership and communication skills. Occasional travel may be required with a focus on project success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work exp in construction management or related field.
• 5-8 years electrical construction estimating experience.
• Experience reading electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specs.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate estimates and bid documents for assigned projects.
• Lead bid reviews, cost analyses, and value engineering discussions.
• Coordinate with design, purchasing, and field teams to ensure constructibility.
• Mentor junior estimators and provide training on estimating processes.
• Review subcontractor quotes and manage procurement-related cost risk.
• Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project delivery.
